What is Workday Financial Management?

Workday Financial Management is BYU-Idaho’s new financial management system. It will replace the current system, which has been used for over 30 years.


Why Workday Financial Management?

Workday Financial Management was determined to be the best choice for both BYU-Idaho and BYU-Hawaii after many months of discussion between the two universities. BYU-Idaho already uses Workday for its HR/Payroll system, and the Financial Management addition will add more abilities to the program, making it a one-stop-shop for many processes that are important to employees.


How does Workday Financial Management Affect Me?

Workday Financial Management will be the new place for BYU-Idaho employees to submit Purchase Requisitions, Travel Authorizations, Funds Requests and Reimbursements, as well as manage their budgets.
