This site provides safety training information on the current training schedule and materials available for use by the university departments and colleges.
New BYU-Idaho employees are to complete the Fire Safety Training provided by the Safety Office. The training consist of a powerpoint presentation followed by a short quiz.

We have training videos available for department use. They are listed on the safety video web site, located here.
OSHA has specified training that must be performed based on certain tasks. This link lists the required training and the regulations.
Not every job on campus requires the same training in order to perform that job safely. In order to aid each department in understanding what is required of a certain position, the training matrix has been developed. It can be viewed here.
