Return Addresses

All official University correspondence must follow these guidelines in order to qualify for the Univerisity's non-profit postage cost (and to be able to return mail to the proper address).

• The name of the Univeristy must be spelled out completely
• The Mail Stop number must appear in it's proper place, after the zip code

Use the example below as a guide:

Brigham Young University - Idaho
Rexburg, ID 83460-[Mail Stop]

Optional return address information can be added above the example shown:

• Name of Department
• Room number & Building Name
