L3 is for anyone advertising an informal event on-campus. Some examples include: society events, Department of Music recitals, Activities and Academic Department sponsored events.

L1 is for reserved for departments, colleges, and offices wishing to communicate fundamental messages off campus. Examples include: Communication from the the Executive Office, or peices to be displayed in Institute buildings. This template is dispersed by University Communications in KIM 215.
