Oversized Posters

General Oversized Poster information

  • In all locations other than the MC, print on foam core board and place on an easel stand.
  • No more than one posting per event, per room or hallway is allowed.

Oversized Posters in the MC

  • Easel stands are not allowed in the MC.
  • Oversized posters may be used in permanent poster frames throughout the MC.
  • To schedule a frame contact University Communications, ext. 2000.
  • Oversized posters must be printed on heavyweight paper, not the traditional foam core board.
  • Use of these frames will be limited to two weeks.
  • Directional signage on easel stands is allowed only on the day of the event.

On-Campus Informal

L3 Vertical Poster   
Description:
  • Most common level of university communication
  • Requires least amount of branding elements
  • Reserved for on-campus communication

On-Campus Informal is for anyone advertising an informal event on-campus. Some examples include: society events, Department of Music recitals, Activities and Academic Department sponsored events.

University Semi-Formal

L2 Vertical Poster   

 

Description:

  • Used for communications that are tied to the core foundation values.
  • Used for guest speaking events, touring groups and other off campus events that are semi-formal in nature.

    University Semi-Formal is reserved specifically for touring group and forum use. Some examples include university forums and Entrepreneur Conference

      University Formal

      Description:

      • Reserved for official university messages
      • Messages are formal in nature
      • Used most often for off-campus formal communication

          University Formal is for reserved for departments, colleges, and offices wishing to communicate fundamental messages off campus. Examples include: Communication from the the Executive Office, or peices to be displayed in Institute buildings. This template is dispersed by University Communications in BID 323.
