Hello!
I'd like to welcome you to Schofield Middle School's webpage. As you view our pictures and videos, please know that this is only a snapshot of the positive programs that we have to offer. Our goal is to create a positive learning environment with rigorous academic expectations. We enjoy offering multiple student-centered incentives and activities throughout the year. My motto is the "My Kid Standard." What should be good enough for my own children should be good enough for ALL of our students here at Schofield and throughout the CCSD.
About
Schofield MS serves over 1300 students each year. We are in a suburb of the city of Las Vegas, only 15 minutes from the strip. We have diverse demographics and pride ourselves in our continual growth in student achievement.
What Our School is Looking For
We are looking for people who LIKE kids and want to work with them and teach them to the best of their ability. We can't change the students who walk through our doors, but we can change their attitudes towards education.
How the Students will Benefit from our School
You will learn how to cooperatively work with your colleagues and administration to provide the best education possible to our students. You will also learn how to make school fun, and how to make connections with students.
