Level Two

* All modules are taught by peer instructors.

* Modules are twice a week for two weeks.

 

082R Introduction to Barrels

Learn about the sport of barrel racing and how to participate in it. This module will allow you to progress at your own pace. You will be taught the patter and how to assist your horse in being successful.

084R Pole Bending

Learn the sport of pole bending. You will learn the pattern and how to assist your horse in being successful.

085R Introduction to Roping

Learn how to handle a rope, where proper roping positions are found and how to ride your horse and rope at the same time. You will first spend time on the ground roping “dummies”, then begin roping "dummies" from horseback.

 

086R Team Sorting/Penning

Learn the basics of two sports: Team Sorting and Team Penning of livestock.
