(How to Find a Job)
  1. Browse through the current job openings and follow the application instructions listed on each job posting
  2. For on-campus jobs, after you are hired, bring the completed paperwork to the HR office with the required identification

On-Campus Employers

(How to Hire a Student) 
  1. On the Student Employment home page, click 'Post Campus Job' to recruit students
  2. After interviewing and selecting your new student hire, click 'Hire a Student' located on the student employment home page and follow the links 

 

TO HIRE A STUDENT WITHOUT POSTING A JOB

  1. Click 'Hire a Student' on the student employment home page and follow the links
  2. Print paperwork, if prompted*
  3. If prompted to print paperwork, send student to the HR office with the paperwork and the required identification
  4. Paperwork should be completed BEFORE students begin work

 

TO HIRE A STUDENT IN JOB STILL POSTED 

  1. Click 'Hire a Student' on the student employment home page and follow links
  2. Select the applicable job and complete required fields
  3. Print paperwork, if prompted
  4. Follow steps as outlined above 

 

* Students who have worked on campus previous to their new position have already completed paperwork and can, therefore, begin work immediately.

 

Note: Contact the HR office if you do not have access to post jobs and hire students.

Off Campus Employers

  1. Access the Career Navigator resource and follow steps listed therein
  2. Contact the Internship & Career Services office if necessary
