  • The regular job rate listed above is BYU-Idaho's minimum wage. 
  • Job level rates above the minimum are suggested starting pay rates.
  • Wage increases may be granted at the beginning of each semester as determined by departments based on merit. 
  • Departments are encouraged to offer a shift differential of 30 cents per hour for students whose work schedules start and end between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.
