Job level rates above the minimum are suggested starting pay rates.

Wage increases may be granted at the beginning of each semester as determined by departments based on merit.

Departments are encouraged to offer a shift differential of 30 cents per hour for students whose work schedules start and end between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.
