It will also help you identify what type of mindset you have, what triggers it, and how to begin changing to a growth mindset.  Watch the Growth Mindset video about how the mindset works, including the scientific explanation, and then ponder the following questions: What is the “special thing” you’ve thought to share with the world? What beliefs do you have that you could make more positive? What goal would you like to apply these three steps to that were mentioned in the video?
