Mothers' Weekend - 2008

Seminars Schedule

Back to Events Schedule

Temple Morningside  |  8:00 - 8:50  |  Taylor Chapel

The theme for this year’s Mothers’ Weekend focuses on the delight we find in the things of the Lord. In 2 Nephi 11:5 we learn that Nephi ‘delights in the covenants of the Lord’. We are grateful to have a temple in our midst, and we too feel to delight as we contemplate blessings of these covenants, made more accessible, with this new construction added to our campus environment. Members of the Rexburg Temple Presidency will be giving a Temple Seminar which will highlight experiences of the temple construction, open house, and dedication in addition to the opportunity for temple service and attendant blessings in our lives as we worship and serve in the House of the Lord. All mother’s and students are invited to attend.
