• Working with two or three today to work out layout and graphic design, general organization, and how to bed in SIFE team goals throughout.

Team Goals:

1) To effectively present the goals and accomplishments of the BYU-Idaho SIFE team by employing various digital media.

2) Support the BYU-I SIFE team by allowing web access of Project Information.

3) Teach and help fellow team members by increasing their knowledge and skills in employing media in various media opportunities.

Team Management:

We will organize ourselves into three sub-teams;

 

Website Team:

• Responsible for the SIFE Website
  

• Looking for three members; Webmaster, Content Manager, Project Manager

 

Multimedia Presentation Team:

• Responsible for the creation of a competitive Multimedia Presentation
  

• Looking for two members; both will compile and organize information

 

Media Gathering Team:

• Looking for two members; both will help keep and gather a digital record of BYU-I SIFE’s projects

 

Sub-Team Goals:

Website Team:

• Update and maintain calendar
• Help with training team members by putting up all project information and additional project helps so team members can remain informed and supported.
• Help in recruiting by have a good “about SIFE” page that will encourage new members
• Encourage team perpetuation by having the BYU-I SIFE history

 

Multimedia Presentation Team:

• Create a competitive Multimedia Presentation, starting immediately to record the various project’s goals, effort, and accomplishments.
• Work with the presentation team and project leaders frequently to make sure we are correctly and effectively presenting their projects

 

Media Gathering Team:

• Work with Project Team Leaders to organize the recording of their projects through Video, Pictures, Audio, Polls, Surveys, etc.
• Give these finding to the Website team and Multimedia Presentation Team
