Law Fair
All students are invited to participate in the 2009 BYU-Idaho Law School Fair, this Friday at 3:00 PM in the Gordon B. Hinckley Building North Chapel.
Seven representatives from law schools across the country will be coming to give presentations on their schools, answer questions, and give critique on the application process.
The Fair will begin at 3:00 PM in the Gordon B. Hinckley Building North Chapel. Participants will be addressed by Brother David Peck of the History, Geography, and Political Science Departments.
Break-out Sessions will allow prospective students to hear specific details of the attending law schools, as well as discover what to look for when considering what law school to attend.
Finally, a Mock Admissions Panel consisting of the various representatives will dissect and critique mock applications based on strengths and weaknesses. This is a great opportunity for students to find out how to compile the strongest application possible, including a solid personal statement and applicable letters of recommendation.
