March 6 2014 at 5:45, SNOW ensemble hall, room 183. Brother Allen has arranged for a yoga instructor to come teach us about technique to keep our back, shoulder, arms, neck, etc relaxed and healthy while we practice.  As musicians we often experience a lot of tension due to the position that we have to sit in and the way we use our bodies.  So, we will learn some yoga to help us conteract the tension and feel better.
**Note: dress down and bring a yoga mat!
