The EAS Pre-Professional Conference

When: Thursday, October 9, 2008

Where: Hinckley Building

The year's biggest event for English majors and minors comes this fall.  As in previous years, there will be an enlightening keynote speaker, opportunities for students to explore career options, and a chance to hear peers' presentations of their own written work.  The Pre-Professional Conference is a valuable resource for any student desiring relevant, current information and direction regarding their intended professional career.

Call for Papers

The EAS will issue a call for papers as the conference approaches.  However, it's not too soon to think about work you may want to submit.  Your résumé would be greatly enhanced by the mention of having presented your own work in a professional conference.  Consider taking advantage of this résumé booster and submit your work for presentation.
