For the most part, thanks are due from students to professors for the work they do in striving to incorporate President Clark’s vision of education into their lessons. Now if only we can stop complaining about our grades and take responsibility for a poor performance, we’d be on our way to something special.
SANTA’S ELVES
In the small town of North Pole, Alaska, volunteers of the 1,600-person town respond to thousands of childrens’ letters to Santa. I find it comforting to know the spirit of giving is alive and well for the thousands of children around the world. Sappy, I know.

Wii GAMERS
Those kooky gamers are at it again. With the launch of the Nintendo Wii a little while ago, gamers who are a wee too forceful with their controllers have been breaking televisions and more. For some the evidence, check out www.wiihaveaproblem.com.
READING DAY
With finals next week, one has to wonder why the university decided to have a reading day on Saturday. What’s the point in having a reading day on the weekend? Oh well, I’m glad they’ve “reminded” me to study the weekend before finals, because I was going to spend the time bridge jumping.
