Café Kimball opens for breakfast and lunch
Students and employees have a university dining option besides those in the Manwaring Center. University Food Services has opened Café Kimball, a kiosk on the first floor of the Spencer W. Kimball Building.
Café Kimball is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. It offers pastries and donuts for breakfast. It offers salads, wraps, soups and sandwiches for lunch.
Greg Carson, manager of University Food Services, said he hopes Café Kimball will give students and employees another option if they are in a hurry. Food Services has tried to make the food at Café Kimball quick to eat and healthy.
Café Kimball will accept all forms of payment including dining dollars.
