| BYU-Idaho prepares for Inauguration Day |
The inauguration of President Kim B. Clark on Tuesday, Oct. 11, at 2 p.m., will bring a large number of guests to Brigham Young University-Idaho. Accordingly, BYU-Idaho students and employees are asked to facilitate those guests by walking or carpooling to campus to provide the maximum number of parking stalls possible. The West Manwaring Center, West Taylor and Stadium parking lots will be closed.
A limited number of general admission tickets to the Hart Auditorium will be available to students on a first come, first serve basis on the Ticket Office Web site, www.byui.edu/tickets, starting Thursday, October 6 at 7 a.m. Tickets can be picked up at the Ticket Office.
All classes scheduled for 1 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 11 have been cancelled. Classes scheduled for 3 p.m. will begin immediately after inauguration.
