Communication Day is coming soon. All students are invited to come on Thursday, Oct. 6, to gain greater insight into the field of communication.

The theme for Communication Day this year is “Find your Future.” Christine Christensen, a senior from Pocatello, Idaho, and a member of the Communication Day committee, said the purpose of Communication Day is to help students be aware of their options.

Guest speakers from various fields of communication have been invited to come and speak.

Students will be able to get information about different jobs in the field of communication. They will also be able to network and ask questions about many different fields of communication.

“It’s a wonderful opportunity to have six outstanding professionals visit the campus and share their insight and expertise about many aspects of the communication industry,” said Mike Cannon, Communication Department faculty.

Students who plan on going to Communication Day are asked to dress in business attire and come prepared with questions.

All communication classes will be cancelled that day so students can attend.

Communication Day is not only for communication students. All BYU-Idaho students are encouraged to attend.
