How to schedule a Room or Field:
Steps to schedule a room or field on campus:
1. Click here to see if the date and time is free for the room or field requesting.
2. Click here for names of the fields and their locations (include this in your request).
- Intent of activity must be explained in request to provide the best location. Some activities are not allowed on all fields.
3. Choose one of the following options:
Click here to submit your request if you belong to an on campus entity such as a ward, society, or department.
Click here to submit your request if you are an off campus entity.
