Scheduling:

All groups must have a reservation to use the ropes course. To schedule the Ropes Course click here. Minimum schedule time is 2 hours. The minimum group size is 8 individuals. Participants must be at least five years old.

All participants must read and sign the Assumption of Risk, Release, and Indemnity Agreement.  Minors must have the form read and signed by their parents as well. Download the form here.

Availability:

The Ropes Course will be available for off campus group use from 8:00am-10:00pm during the months of May-November on the following days:

May-June:  Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday

July-September:  Monday through Saturday

October-November: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday

Fee Structure:

Group size                     Cost per person for 2 hrs.

8-12                              $9.50

13-24                            $8.50

25-42                            $7.50

43-54                            $7.00

55 on up                        $6.00

Each additional hour is $2.50/person up to a maximum of $18/person/day.

The Ropes Course accepts payment in the form of cash, check, or university accounts. Please be ready to pay on arrival. Billing is figured for the number of people who actually came.

Cancellations must take place a minimum of 2hrs before your event time, groups who do not do this will be charged a $25 cancellation fee. Any group who does not show for their scheduled time will also be charged $25 no show fee.
