Managing Producer Oversees the entire project. In charge of coordinating efforts of senior and general staff members. Communicates goals of Rixida and projects both among staff members and BYU-Idaho.	Human Resources Director Oversees Rixida recruiting, social events and general staff items. Assists public relations director and staff with all their duties. Effective communication of creative ideas and willingness to teach others important. Must coordinate well with managing producer and other senior staff members.
Art Director Responsible for the "look and feel" of current Rixida theme. Responsible for assigning and overseeing all graphic elements as created by the art staff.
