BYU-Idaho's Interactive DVD

The Rixida DVD adds to but replaces the traditonal yearbook through digital interactivity. Traditional yearbook components such as student pictures, clubs and activity coverage are included, but enhanced by student produced and created videos, music and much more.

Developed for students by students, Rixida gives its student creators real-life, hands-on experience. As a Communication Department class, Rixida offers experience and training to all students who want to learn- regardless what their declared major is.

Rixida is looking for motivated students who are wanting to learn marketable skills. Opportunities are available with the: art staff (graphic design), photography staff, public relations staff (campus relations and advertising), technical staff (programming and Web developing), video staff, and writing staff (script, story and content writers).
