European Religious History Tour
The European Religious History Tour is a unique opportunity to go beyond the traditional classroom and experience first-hand the religion, history, art, architecture, culture, language, music, and food of one of the world's most fascinating and culturally rich geographical areas. On our journey we will visit six of Europe's finest countries: Italy, Austria, Czech Republic, Germany, France, and England. You will embark on the learning adventure of a lifetime that will change the way you view the past, present, future, and the wonderful world in which we live. Join us for a journey you'll never forget!
This exciting, fast-paced travel study program takes place during the first block of the Fall Semester 2013 and will include the following components:
- Preliminary independent study to prepare and broaden your general knowledge base.
- A two week intensive on-campus study to prepare you for your European experience.
- A 26 day on-site study at some of the most significant locations in Europe. This on-site portion is based around the following core city-sites: Rome, Florence, Salzburg, Prague, Berlin, Wittenberg, Paris, Liverpool, Preston, and London.
- A post-travel assessment of what you learned, felt, and experienced on the tour.
