Verification of Enrollment

Enrollment verifications can now be obtained through the National Student Clearinghouse. 

STUDENTS

Students can obtain enrollment and Good Student Discount certificates free of charge through Student Self Service.  This enables students to go online, day or night, and print enrollment certificates that can be provided to third parties, as requested.

To obtain a verification of enrollment or Good Student Discount certificate, follow these steps:

1. Log-in at my.byui.edu.
2. Go to the Student Services Menu.
3. Select Enrollment Verification.

Students can also access the verification site directly at www.byui.edu/verification.

PARENTS AND THIRD PARTIES

Parents and third parties can access student enrollment information for a nominal fee through EnrollmentVerify.  Requesters can obtain individual verifications for $2.50 or set up a subscriber account. (BYU–Idaho does not impose an additional surcharge for this service.)

To obtain an enrollment verification, follow these steps:

1. Go to www.studentclearinghouse.org.
2. Select “Verify Current Enrollment.”
3. Read and accept the EnrollmentVerify terms and conditions.
4. Search for and select “Brigham Young University–Idaho.”
5. Enter the student’s name and date of birth.
6. Enter your payment information.
7. Receive and print the enrollment verification.
