Physical Fitness is done Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 0630 - 0730. In addition, cadets are responsible for exercising on their own time. Cadets are measured with the Army Physical Fitness Test, which consists of three events; a two mile run, two minutes of situps, and two minutes of pushups.
