NASA Internship and Research Opportunities
When the snow is falling it's hard to think about summer internships, however most deadlines are at the first of the year. Check the following sites if you are interested in applying for a NASA specific internship or research opportunity.
2009 NASA Academy
The NASA Academy is an intensive ten-week residential summer experience.
In the Academy, you will live with other highly motivated interns, conduct important
laboratory research at a NASA Center, participate in group projects, and attend learning
events with NASA leaders and industry experts. After graduation, you will join the NASA
Academy Alumni Association (NAAA) where your role in the space community is only just
beginning.
This year the NASA Academies at Ames, Glenn, and Marshall are accepting applications
through AcademyApp.com http://academyapp.com/.
The application went live December 11, 2008. The deadline is January 26, 2009 at 5:00
p.m. EST.

NASA Academy at Goddard

Goddard will proudly host its seventeenth continuous Academy since Gerry Soffen founded
it in 1993. There is a separate online application this year Our online system has been
actively receiving student applications for all of our programs for which the first deadline is
