January Colloquium
The Physics Department will be hosting Dr. Richard Datwyler for our monthly Colloquium on Thursday Jan 31st, 2013 at 2:00 pm in ROM 172. Refreshments and a Q&A will be held immediately following in ROM 127.
Title: Plasma, Fusion, and Computers
What it is about : Discussion on plasma physics and it applications, and using numerical modeling.
Why it is important: Plasma physics is a growing field and has great applications in: space, energy, communications, & numerical computation.
