Cats

This whimsical and fanciful musical has had almost more lives than one can count! (The original London production ran for 21 years and the Broadway production ran for 18 years.) It is the third longest-running show in Broadway history. Productions of these songs and dances have been presented aroundt he world many times since it debuted 34 years ago; it has been translated into over 20 languages. The magical story introduces a community of cats called the Jellicles who live at one corner of a trash dump. It enacts the night they make the "Jellicle Choice" that decides which cat will ascend to the Heaviside Layer and come back to a new life. The show features a dozen musical vignettes and dances which celebrate various characters in that community. The spine-tingling songs are as catchy as fleas-their melodies cling to the ear. Lively, acrobatic dances turn, twist, bend and stretch the cats and kitties in delightful celebration. Join us for a simply amazing spectacle, spectacular adventuresome fantasy, and fantastic family fun!
