Director: Dr. Robert Tueller

 

Dr. Tueller directs cello studies at BYU-Idaho and conducts the University Orchestra, Baroque Ensemble and Sinfonietta. He holds a B.M. degree in violoncello performance from Utah State University and a doctor of musical Arts degree in early music performance from the University of Southern California. While at USC, he directed the early music ensemble, Collegium Musicum. He previously served as director of orchestral activities at the University of Massachusetts - Amherst, and the University of Montana - Missoula. Active as a professional conductor and cellist in southern California, Dr. Tueller served as assistant conductor of the Los Angeles Mozart Orchestra and played principal cello with the Los Angeles Baroque Orchestra.
