Each BYU-Idaho college has an Instructional Design Consultant (IDC). Each IDC works one-on-one with college deans, department chairs and faculty to identify ways to improve learning and teaching within the college. When solutions involve technologies, the IDC helps implement the technologies and provides training and assistance. He is a resource for faculty to consult as they redesign their learning environments and utilize technology to improve student learning.
