Although not guaranteed, the Department of Nursing strives to admit about 60 applicants (40 3-semester sequence and 20 6-semester sequence ) each semester. Applicants are admitted in the following priority:

1. Ricks College/BYU-Idaho ASN graduates
2. ASN graduates from other Colleges or Universities

Applicants are evaluated on:

• Completeness of Nursing Application
• Work experience in nursing
• Meeting University GE/Foundations requirements
• GPA may be considered
