Transfer Credits
Please be aware of the Academic Policies stated in the BYU-Idaho Catalog, which determine the transferability of degrees and/or credits from other institutions. The transferability of degrees and/or credits directly affects the BYU-Idaho graduation requirements you are expected to fulfill. Some of those policies are as follows:
- Associate Degrees from regionally-accredited institutions generally meet the majority of the Foundations/G.E. requirements for a Bachelor's Degree at BYU-Idaho.
- Applied Associate Degrees do not meet the Foundations / G.E. requirements for a Bachelor's Degree at BYU-Idaho.
- Courses (including nursing courses) from institutions that are not regionally accredited are generally not transferable to BYU-Idaho.
