Associate of Science in Nursing: Applications and Cost

asn

Applications

  • Two separate applications: One for BYU-Idaho, and one for the Nursing Program.
  • The applicant must also submit official transcripts from each college/university you have attended (except BYU-I) separately to both the BYU-Idaho Admissions Office and the Department of Nursing. NON-RECEIPT of the applicant's official transcript(s) by the application deadline date will invalidate the application and the student will not be considered for admission to the program.
  • The completed nursing application must be submitted to the Department of Nursing:

    BYU-Idaho Nursing Department
    102 Clarke Building
    Rexburg, ID 83460-0620

Note: Students who have more than 48 credits will only be considered for the Alternate Track.
