No deduction in fees will be made for lessons missed by students. In case of serious illness, make-up lessons may be arranged by the instructor.
Refunds - Fees for Instruction in Music:
In the event a student withdraws from registration for applied music instruction before the end of the semester, refunds for applied music fees will be computed on the following basis:
Before a lesson is
scheduled with the teachers -Full amount
During the 1st to 5th days of classes inclusive - 90%
During the 6th to 10th days of classes inclusive - 80%
During the 11th to 15th days of classes inclusive - 70%
During the 16th to 20th days of classes inclusive - 60%
During the 21st to 25th days of classes inclusive - 50%
During the 26th to 30th days of classes inclusive - 40%
During the 31st to 35th days of classes inclusive - 30%
During the 36th to 40th days of classes inclusive - 20%
During the 41st to 45th days of classes inclusive - 10%
After the 46th day of classes - None
