Learning Communities are groups of 8-12 faculty members from various disciplines who voluntarily meet on a regular basis to share ideas on ways to improve learning and teaching. Communities typically focus on a single topic of interest for a semester. A facilitator structures readings and guides discussions that emerge from the group's ongoing study and focus.  Many of the Learning Communities on campus have been organized by the Collaboration Committee.
