All members of the faculty are invited to attend an I-Learn Informational Meeting. There will be two sessions of the meeting; the first on Thursday, November 1st at 3:15 pm in MC 372A, and the second on Friday, November 2nd at 9:00 am in MC 387. All members of the faculty are invited to attend one of the two sessions.
The purpose of these meetings is to introduce new features of I-Learn and to ensure each member of the faculty has the tools to use I-Learn to its fullest capabilities. Brother Arlen Wilcock commented that, "This is your (the faculty) one opportunity this semester to learn of the most recent I-Learn developments and to get immediate answers to all of your I-Learn questions."
Some of the topics that will be covered at these meetings include: Control Panel Express, results from student focus groups regarding I-Learn, and Tips compiled by the Faculty Technology Center.
About the much-requested Control Panel Express, Brother Wilcock said, "This is a new feature that allows faculty members to quickly look at all the assignments and assess all the items in a course over an entire semester on I-Learn, being able to easily see which items are or are not available."
