The role of a TA often gets watered down to the point of just grading homework. But two videos show how BYU-Idaho teachers learned from experience that a TA's fresh perspective can revolutionize the classroom.
Richard Pieper, a faculty member of the Department of Mathematics, received valuable feedback from his TA that led to designing a more user-friendly course. Greg Williams, a faculty member of the Department of Religious Education, used his TA as a copyeditor for online course content he developed.
