This video shows the remarkable impact instructors have on their students

"New technologies and innovative pedagogies at [BYU-Idaho] cannot and will not replace the special powers of people in the processes of learning and teaching," said David A. Bednar in 1998 when he became the fourteenth president of Rick's College.

Instructors can often become weighed down with tremendous responsibilities and struggling or disgruntled students. But according to the students in this video, faculty here at BYU-Idaho truly have "special powers . . . in the processes of learning and teaching." For them, the faculty have made a deep and lasting impact in their careers and their conversion.
