A total of 518 students participated in the Fall 2013 Research & Creative Works Conference. The student participants produced 230 projects that were divided into 31 sessions. The Conference was also aided by 80 faculty judges and 91 project mentors.
"The student projects were of high quality and very professional," said Maria Nate. "This was in no small part due to the support we received from the faculty mentors and judges."
Each of the colleges were represented at the R&CW Awards Ceremony by their respective dean or associate dean.
Each of the first place winners of the R&CW Conference will be invited to showcase their project at the Winter 2014 Discovery Fair in view of recruiters and graduate schools.
