Technology Support

                         A department of Information Technology

Technology Support  is responsible for all computer support on campus. We also provide second level support to major applications that affect the campus.

Contributing to the mission of both BYU-Idaho and the IT Division by:

• Conducting ourselves according to the principles of the Gospel of Jesus Christ and to maintain the wholesome academic, cultural, social, and spiritual environment of BYU-Idaho.
  
• Providing for a quality education by maintaining and supporting the campus computer systems with minimum down times to the best of our abilities.

• Providing a helpful attitude to all those who are in need of our services or expertise.

• Providing for a wholesome teaching environment without hindrance to the students and employee's by maintaining these points.
