BYU-Idaho Technology Support Department

The BYU-Idaho Technology Support department is over all desktop computer support on campus. We also provide second level support to major applications that affect the campus.

Our mission is to:

• Conduct ourselves by living the principles of the Gospel of Jesus Christ and to maintain the wholesome academic, cultural, social, and spiritual environment of BYU-Idaho.
  
• Provide for a quality education by maintaining and supporting the campus computer systems with minimum down times to the best of our abilities.
• Provide a helpful attitude to all those who are in need of our services or expertise.
• Provide for a wholesome teaching environment without hindrance to the students and employee's by maintaining these points.
