BYU-Idaho IT Infrastructure Department

IT Infrastructure provides telephone, computing and networking services that support university purposes. Infrastructure components include computing centers and telecommunication rooms, networks, servers, file storage and backup, telephones and other communication systems, and authentication and authorization to these services.

IT Infrastructure supports the mission of the university by:

· Providing a high level of service.

· Working in unity with other IT departments and the campus community.

· Adhering to established procedures and policies.
