Software Engineering

                                    A department of Information Technology

 

 

Software Engineering is responsible for software engineering and database administration.

 

 

Contributing to the mission of both BYU-Idaho and the IT Division by:

 

  • Providing well trained software engineering and database administrative resouces for the purpose of completing projects that support the strategic initiatives.  The relevant IT strategic initiatives are Service Oriented Architecture, portfolio/project management, and data warehouse.  Using the portfolio/project management processes we target the engineering and database resource to those projects deemed by management as crittical to the mission of BYU-Idaho.
