Updated Information Technology Tour Policy June 4, 2008

(Excerpt from “Machine Room Operation Procedure 2-28-2000”)

All tours will be pre-approved in advance by the System Supervisor or in his absence the IT Infrastructure Director. As we try to accommodate various tour groups and special interest groups, we must also maintain the highest standard of security. After approval, tour groups should be limited to the operations room (KIM 171). Entry into the computer center will require additional approval from the Chief Technology Officer.
