NOTE: Please put Fall/Winter as your first choice of desired tracks and Spring/Fall as your second due to the fact that Interior Design is only offered on those two tracks. Winter/Spring tracks can be changed if necessary, however a petition to the Admissions Office is required after acceptance to the Interior Design program.

Special Requirements

Entrance into the program is by application. Applicants must apply to the Interior Design program seperately from applying to BYU-I. To do so, complete the Interior Design application and return it by March 1 to:

Interior Design Department

BYU-Idaho

Clarke 305

Rexburg, ID 83460-0645

All students admitted to the university and who have a high school or college grade point average of 3.0 or better are eligible to apply. Deadline for the applications into the Interior Design Program is March 1st.  Students may fill out application prior to acceptance to university.

NOTE: This is a tightly sequenced program which requires close adherence to the prescribed course registration schedule.  It is not possible to reduce the eight required semesters due to the sequential courses.  On-line courses and Fast Track are not available.
