Central Aims:

1.      Leveraging faculty to create more and better instruction

2.      Creating and evaluating technology-enhanced learning environments

3.      Training University support staff to use technology to increase effectiveness

4.      Educating students to integrate technology effectively into instruction

Outcomes:

1.   Increase the throughput of students who can receive a BYU-Idaho education.

2.   Solve instructional problems.

3.   Maintain or lower the "teacher"-to-student ratio.

4.   Provide on-demand technology training.

5.   Teach EdTech classes as assigned, and provide materials
       to prepare students for the state technology test.
