Alan Wilkins is a professor of Management at the BYU Marriott School of Management. He also serves as Director of the Faculty Center at BYU. He served for 11 years as BYU's Academic Vice President and Associate Academic Vice President for Faculty.
His scholarship focuses on understanding organizations as cultural entities and helping them to improve.
Brother Wilkins is a sealer in the Provo Temple, and he and his wife, Margaret, teach Sunday School to 16 and 17-year-olds in their ward.
