Executive Risk Management and Compliance Council
The Executive Risk Management and Compliance Council (ERMCC) consists of the University President (chair), Academic Vice President, Administrative Vice President, Advancement Vice President, Student Life Vice President, and the Compliance Officer.
The purpose of the Council is to promote and support a culture of compliance consciousness into the daily activities of the University. This is accomplished by establishing an infrastructuer that provides on-going assurance that risks, particularly compliance risks, are being mitigated to acceptable levels. The Council meets on a quarterly basis.
Risk Management and Compliance Committee
The Risk Management and Compliance Committee (RMCC) consists of a combination of responsible individuals representing Academics, Administration, Advancement, and Student Life, as appointed by the ERMCC. General Counsel, Internal Audit, and Safety will be specifically represented on the committee and serve as resources to assist the RMCC in carrying out its responsibilities. A member of the commitee is designated as the Compliance Officer and chair of the committee.
