BYU-Idaho Support Center (BSC)
The BYU-Idaho Support Center (BSC) is the university’s line of support for advanced technology-related inquiries and issues. The center is open from 7 AM to 11 PM Monday through Friday, and 11 AM to 11 PM on Saturday.
Pathway Support Center
If you are a current Pathway student, please contact the Pathway Support Center at 1-801-353-5000 if you are located in the United States, or at 1-855-994-6721 (toll free). Once there, you will be matched with an academic advisor who can help you set academic plans and help you work through technical difficulties.
