1. Make sure all Adobe applications are closed. The license will not renew properly if you still have any Adobe applications running.

NOTE: Do not sign up for a free trial of Adobe Creative Cloud. This is a temporary fix that will create more problems in the future.

  1. Select the Windows Start Menu in the lower-left corner of your screen. Locate and click “Software Center.”



  1. Within the Software Center, locate and open the “Adobe CC 2017 Campus Licensing” application.


  1. Click the blue “Install” box.


NOTE: When “Adobe CC 2017 Campus Licensing” has successfully finished installing, the blue box will say “Reinstall.” The words “Status: Installed” will be visible. You are now ready to use all installed Adobe Creative Cloud applications.


NOTE: You do not need to restart your computer.
